Girls' breath holding competition is a simple simulation game. You have to help and train the girl to win the competition. In the process, you can watch her struggle to hold her breath longer through physics simulation. Train and grow her stats to win every competition!


Please note: There are some bugs and errors, and I will continue to fix them. If you find any bugs please tell me!

Where can i find those other games you can see while playing, are they teasers or have you made them?

I know this game is done, and you have moved on, but I still have to make this comment. This game is so, so, very close to my dream game, the thing I always wanted. But the one thing I’m missing is more cartoony reactions. Puffy cheeks, turning red and purple and blue. Those things are very important to me, and in just putting this here because if this game had a toggle for this, I’d be able to die happy. I’m sure it’s too late for this game, but maybe, in another. If you read all this, thank you for hearing me out.

Wonderful set up, do you plan to update the CPR mode in the future?

I don't know if you're open to suggestions or ideas. But things like arms compressing/free camera option as well would be great. Things like ambu bags or lifebands/auto-compressors would make for an immersive expirence, as well as being able to "free play", things like >Breath Training, forced. Force it for too long and she collapses where she has to get CPR and then breath training can resume? Also, something like a heart monitor or a heart beating to indicate when shes alive/dead?

Again, I don't know if you're even looking to update that kind of aspect to the game, I think it's wonderful and plays well so far! Excited for updates, best CPR game out there right now!

after you done that and you load the game you click on custom, then it appear normal and special option, click on special then select CPR

and with that you enter in that mode

great little game here! will there be more added to it in the future?

I think found an interesting bug that happened today. I tried to play the CPR game when suddenly the app stopped responding and presumably crashed after a few minutes of waiting. I terminated it through Task Manager and restarted the app in same game mode. I played it for a while until realized I am not doing any progress on the character's facial complexion which is still grey since from the very start. I kept trying to resuscitate her until to the point that I considered she is essentially, absolutely and undoubtedly "dead". Then I played the waiting game to see if the game is bugged and after God-knows-how-long minutes later, I concluded my game was broken. I don't know what else I could give to you from this experience but I hope you could resolve this in the next updates given the chance but I would also like to thank you for indirectly giving me this opportunity to play with a virtual CPR doll to my heart's content that totally isn't the corpse of my trainee due to my incompetence and irresponsibility during training. No, Sir, no. It was just a bug, I swear!

3.IL2CPP逆向工程已经很难了,但是你的游戏资源也很容易提取

4.IL2CPP+代码混淆的游戏已经是个人开发游戏的天花板 ,不过不要过度担心逆向工程,MC就是一个例子,逆向工程MC出了整个mod生态

以下是我对你游戏提出的建议

1.建议不如把饼吹大,直接做联机

2.建议推出0.5倍数

3.建议直接大哥背起了行囊(指的是穿墙)

4.是否做过源代码冷热备份?我可不希望你的游戏因为丢失了源码而停更

i really like this! i tried the previous version but ver 1.0 is a huge upgrade, the only downside i think is the lack of a freeplay mode, since you can't pick the other options until after week 5/10 respectively ( you used to ne able to in the old version ) so now if you decide to replay it, and want to try the underwater or control breathing, you have to play through the 10 weeks again, maybe as a reward for beating all 20 weeks, should add a mode which allows you to play around with all 3 of the modes.

If during training there was some kind of automatic "give up" that occurs after the character seems to pass out, that would help with the bug of not being able to exit training as she never gives up. Or if there was an ability to exit training at any time. Maybe even lower stress for exiting training before she gives up?

It would also be cool for story purposes if during the dry (control) training if her hands were cuffed behind her or to the floor over her head. With her hands able to move about freely then logically she could rip the mouth covering off and breathe normally. I know the AI can't do that, but for imagination purposes. 

all in all a fun little game. I haven't been able to win the last weeks competition yet. The competition passed out, losing the ability to give up, and then so did my girl, which soft locked the game. It would be fun if there was an endless mode where you could do the training minigames over and over. Like the dry (control) where you could put the mouth covering on and take it off as many times as you liked or similar for the under water training.

Thank you so much for your valuable feedback on the game! In fact, in the dry (control) training the character was originally handcuffed backwards, but was temporarily disabled due to the awkwardness of the physics collision. I will try to fix this and make it available in the next update.

Looking forward to it! I keep checking back every so often to see if you've updated. There was a very short game, like a proof of concept, that I played ages ago that this game reminded me of. I wish I could remember what it was called. I was going to ask if that was a game you worked on or were inspired by. The concept of the game was this girl was in a tub of water, but she could sit up, unless you lowered a bar that ran over her chest which pushed her head underwater.

Maybe it's "Manami Yoshikawa's Drowning Dream", a game I made before!

That is the one! You blessed "cursed" me with this fetish by making this game! That game is also amazing. You should throw it up here on itch.io to fill out your portfolio of games. It's short and simple, but definitely adds something unique enough to be worthwhile for new or interested folks to click on

I found a bug, the character can hold breath for 30 minutes

There is a bug that causes the character to faint before giving up holding their breath, preventing the game from progressing. I'll try to fix it soon!

I'm not quite sure what's so Mac or Linux friendly about this game, since in the download, the only obvious executable things in it are .exe files which are files windows can run, not really what mac or even linux can run. While yes, it CAN be run on Mac or linux using wine, but that's not really something I would consider "friendly" or easily accessible for these platforms, adding the fact that you never really even mentioned wine in the first place so any normie mac or linux user would be dumbfounded to see that the game they downloaded and expected to instantly play was a game they couldn't even run. I recommend removing the mac and linux on the available platforms list until there's a valid executable for each platform.

Unfortunately I had no knowledge about the software. I posted this based on the Unity builds marked as Windows, Mac, and Linux builds. I want as many people as possible to enjoy the game, so I will update it to be more kind to other platforms soon. Thanks for letting me know!

another bug: when one of the stats has EXP 100/100, the character will pass out (or drown) no matter what, locking the game...

I've been getting a lot of reports that the game gets stuck when the character has high stats... I'll fix it quickly! Thanks for the report.

seems the character should be standing on the stats scene (according to the 2nd screenshot) but it's not.

Just before closing the game, I discovered a bug with a standing character. Unfortunately, time was tight at the time, so I temporarily disabled it. I will fix it in the next update.

Found an interesting bug: after UW4, when training underwater, the character simply drowns and does not allow to complete the training...
